10 ways to achieve peace in your life

Life is best lived from the inside out, not the other way around.  What this means is that if we base our happiness on outside stuff, that happiness will be fleeting, because the outside stuff comes and goes.  Happiness and peace sticks around if we go within to find it.  This is done with spiritual practices, and I have a list of nine for  you to try out.  This is not a comprehensive list, but it does cover all the basics.  Over the next few posts I will delve into them one at a time, but for today, here are the ten:
